The PGARA elections will begin shortly after the end of the season. The firs nomination meeting will be held on Thursday September 13, 2018 at PGARA Speedway park at 6:30 pm
Nominations may be made to Guy Lefevre, PGARA Secretary at that meeting. Members who have a current valid 2018 membership (this includes a membership form, and a paid registration fee, if applicable) may nominate members for the Board of Directors, or may be nominated themselves.
The second nomination meeting will be held on Thursday September 27 at 6:30 pm in the Banquet room of the Northwood Motor Inn (Nelly's Pub)
The Annual General Meeting will occur on Thursday October 11, 2018. at 6:30 pm in the Banquet room of the Northwood Motor Inn (Nelly's Pub)
At the AGM, the first 1/2 hour of the meeting will be the final nomination period. Once nominations close, elections will begin immediately.
