AGM LOCATION - ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL GROUP OFFICE

The 2023 AGM will be held on Tuesday Sept 19 as previously announced. The location has now been confirmed.

The meeting will take place at the Advanced Industrial Group offices at 630 3rd Ave. in Prince George.

The meeting will start at 6:30 pm. The first 1/2 hour will be the time for the last of the nomination meeting. Any nominations can be submitted at that time. Nominations will be accepted anytime from now to 7:00 pm on Sep 19/23. Once the nomination meeting is closed, we will move onto elections.

Proxys will be accepted from members in good standing to vote for absent members in good standing. Only one proxy per voting member is allowed.

First year members are not permitted to vote at the AGM per the PGARA Constitution. Further, members not in good standing may not attend, or vote, or give & receive Proxy votes. They are not eligible for Board of Director nominations or to hold Board of Director positions.
