Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been confirmed as being scheduled for Wednesday Sept 29, 2021 at

ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL GROUP

630 3rd Ave

Prince George, BC

The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.

A financial summary will be provided by the treasurer.

The first 1/2 hour of the meeting will be set aside for nominations and then elections will begin at approximately 6:30 pm

All members must be in good standing for the 2021 season to be eligible to vote.

There must be no fines or membership fees outstanding.

Lifetime members must have already filled out a membership form in the 2021 season to be eligible to vote.

First year members are not eligible to vote in elections.
