2023 AGM Election meetings - UPDATE

Its time for the 2023 Annual General Meeting. There will be 3 meetings over the next 2 weeks to allow for nominations for the Board of Directors. The first will be at 4:30 on Saturday Sep 10, at the track.

The next meetings will be on Wednesday Sep 14 & Sep 21, 2022. The time and location will be announced at a later date, when more details are available.

All current members in good standing (membership paid, no fines outstanding) may nominate, be nominated, or vote on nominated members.

Update Sep 8/22 - A reminder that FIRST YEAR CLUB MEMBERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE in elections.
